1. Sponsor

Headshots LA, 1130 S Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90015 (“Sponsor”) sponsors this giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. However, employees of Headshots LA and their immediate family members are not eligible. Additionally, the giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

Each giveaway period begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of each calendar month. Each period then ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that month.

4. How to Enter

First, subscribe to the Headshots LA email newsletter at headshotsla.com/join-our-list. We then enter every current subscriber into each monthly drawing automatically. Also, the limit is one (1) entry per person per month. Alternatively, you can enter without subscribing. Mail a postcard with your full name and email address to: Headshots LA, Attn: Monthly Giveaway, 1130 S Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Finally, mail-in entries must arrive by the last day of the entry period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per month will receive a free 1 Look, 1 Retouch headshot session at the Headshots LA studio in Downtown Los Angeles – a one-hour session with one wardrobe look, expert direction on posing and expression, and one professionally retouched photo. Approximate retail value: $200. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Likewise, you cannot exchange it or redeem it for cash. The winner must also schedule the session within 90 days of confirmation, subject to availability. Additionally, the prize does not include travel, add-ons, or extra retouched photos.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing takes place within seven (7) days after each entry period closes. Sponsor will then notify the winner by email at the address provided. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive.

7. Publicity

Sponsor may share the winner’s first name and images from the prize session on Sponsor’s website and social channels. This happens only with the winner’s prior written consent. However, consent to publicity is not a condition of winning.

8. Privacy

We use email addresses to administer the giveaway and send the Headshots LA newsletter, per our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time. However, unsubscribing after an entry period closes does not affect that period’s entry.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. All of Sponsor’s decisions are final. Furthermore, the laws of the State of California govern this giveaway.

10. Not Sponsored by Any Platform

This giveaway has no association with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform. These platforms do not sponsor, endorse, or administer it in any way.
